All I Want For Christmas is To Have Time to Read Harry Potter (Aka the Final #bookwormproblems Link-Up)

You guys, I COMPLETELY forgot the #bookwormproblems link-up in November! I didn't even realize I'd missed it till like the 20th. Ha! How's that for a #bookwormproblem?

I haven't been doing any "fun" reading the last week or two, because I've been frantically trying to get ahead of the game on the books I have to review for Shelf Awareness. (What with vacation and my birthday and Christmas all in the very near future, I just don't want to be stuck writing reviews on Christmas Eve or something.)

So the fact that my gorgeous Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone: The Illustrated Edition arrived on Friday has been seriously testing my willpower. All I want to do is dive into it!

I'm thinking that we're going to read it aloud as a family. Eleanor's not old enough for some of the content in the later books, but since Noel has never read the books, if we slowly read them aloud together, it should take us long enough that by the time we get to book 7 she'll be able to handle it. I'm excited!

And - in case the title of this post didn't give it away - I'm not planning to continue the #bookwormproblems link-ups in 2016. I'm sure I'll still post about mine occasionally though, since they're always ongoing!
