Two days ago I quit my bookstore job. After six years there, it's completely bizarre to think that I don't have to go to work in the morning.
But I'm excited about my new book-related opportunities--namely doing book reviews for Shelf Awareness, and starting this blog!
I have lots of dreams for Quirky Bookworm. I envision a place to talk mostly about books, and a little about life. A place to share the things I've read and loved, and hopefully get recommendations back in return. I'm already scheming about columns and regular features.
